Rod Holders

I drive around the mountain with rod holders on the front of my truck. Most of the time, they are holding multiple rods. Everyday, I get asked about them. People actually follow me around to get a good look at them. Most can’t believe that they are magnetic. Since so many people are interested, I thought it would be a good thing to put on my blog.

I have had these for over 10 years and haven’t had any issues with them. They are reliable and stay put. I prefer the ones made by Tight Line Enterprises out of Tulsa, OK.

You can also get ones that have suction cups but I don’t trust them as much. I have heard that if you have a big temperature drop, they will lose their suction. It isn’t unusual for us to experience a 20 degree drop when the monsoons roll in. With the magnets, I never have to worry about this happening.

If you are interested in an easy and safe way to transport your rods, give Tight Lines a call.
